Beautiful place, awesome location

We had major issues with the AC/HVAC system. We messaged the owner when we realized the problem. Unfortunately it took 3 full days for the problem to be remedied & we slept in an 85 degree condo. It was miserable. We couldn’t use the facilities hardly at all because it was too hot day & night to do anything. Using the portable AC unit only made the entire unit hotter. And unfortunately the days outside were warm, so that made the situation even worse. Also, the entire 3-bedroom unit has ONE window. The owner offered a nominal drop-in-the-bucket type of refund compared to what we paid for a weeks stay…not adequate IMO. Not to mention the 2 of the 3 elevators weren’t working 100% of the time & the remaining 1 only worked about 50% of the time. Couple that with a 4th floor stay, it made for a fairly difficult stay. The paper numbers on the door should’ve been our first indication that the complex is in some serious need of attention. For the price, there are much better places to stay in Canmore. Will not recommend to friends or family for future stays.

We enjoyed our stay! There was a heat wave in the area (mid-July visit) and the building doesn't have much AC, so the house stayed pretty warm. Definitely manageable with the provided mobile AC unit and fans though.

The property comes with everything you need for a family vacation. The team effectively communicated before and throughout the trip.

This place far exceeded my expectations. The communication by the host was the best I ever experienced. The unit is super clean and spacious, even more than I perceived from the photos. We had 10 people staying in the unit and it never felt crowded as there was plenty of room for everyone. The unit comes well stocked with anything you might need and the location cannot be beat. The next time we visit Canmore we will be sure to book this unit again.
